Spa Reservations:

All reservations will require a credit card on file. Your card number will be encrypted and blocked and the only visible number are the last 4 digits. No charges are placed on the card till all services are rendered. There is no prepayment of services before your appointment. If you have gift card you will still need to to place a gift card on file. Any charges due to late cancellation will be on the card on file and not a gift card. Please read our cancellation policy below.

Please cancel your appointment as early as possible to allow other guests ample opportunity to reserve the time. You may cancel your appointment online or via telephone 12hrs hours prior to your scheduled appointment without penalty.

Any same day cancellation or No Show/No Call will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of all services booked.

All group services require a 48hr cancellation.

If you experience a personal medical emergency resulting in same day cancellation, please contact us in regards to waiving your fee.

Please note: If your therapist notes a high temperature, excessive coughing, or sneezing during your time of service, we will stop your service short. You will be asked to pay for service in full.

Rebooking a service does not waive your cancellation fee. Prepayment may be required for guests with frequent late cancellations.
